The Wrong Way to Address Sadness

A word of advice, if you are going to express your sadness, don't do it by video.  Making please cheer me up videos and/or crying on camera is frowned upon and can lead to further embarrassment.  Instead, make a text post that shares your feelings with only those you trust.
